VADA IO (formerly VERDARA RESCUE) is provided by HIMART LIMITED through Namek Game Studio. This notice describes information handling for this game and its support pages. For a question or request, contact [email protected].

This game-specific notice supplements our studio privacy policy. For VADA IO, this notice explains its specific services and choices. Other games, app stores and linked websites may use different services.

Information stored on your device

The game saves your settings, local scores, progress and ad-frequency limits on your device. Legacy saves may retain a callsign from an earlier version; the current game no longer asks you to enter or change one. This release does not provide a cloud-save service or upload the full game save or callsign to our advertising adapter. Removing the app may remove these records; operating-system backups can affect what is retained or restored.

Google advertising and privacy choices

The game uses Google Mobile Ads for optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads between eligible runs. Google may process IP addresses and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad displays and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. Its SDK disclosures include advertising and analytics purposes, including developer advertising. These uses can involve delivering and measuring ads, detecting invalid traffic and improving advertising services.

The iOS configuration requests non-personalized ads, disables Google's publisher first-party ID feature, and does not request ATT permission. Other identifiers and advertising data may still be processed. We use Google's User Messaging Platform to present applicable choices; ads are requested only when that platform permits a request. Available choices depend on your location and the services configured for the game.

RevenueCat advertising measurement

RevenueCat and its AdMob adapter process advertising events on our behalf. Records can include an SDK-generated app user identifier, a session identifier, an event identifier and time, event type, advertising network and format, placement, ad unit and impression identifiers. Revenue events can include an amount, currency and precision; loading failures can include an error code. We use this information to understand ad performance and revenue.

These SDK identifiers are separate from any callsign retained in a legacy save. The current game does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Your advertising choices

When available, use Settings → Privacy options to review or change your choices. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it; this does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can play without selecting optional rewarded offers. Ad availability may vary with your choices, connection and region.

To report an inappropriate ad, use the game's report entry or our ad-report instructions. You do not need to click the advertised destination.

Support information

If you contact us, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to send. This may include a game version, device details or screenshots. We use them to respond, investigate faults, review ad reports and handle privacy requests. Do not include passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information.

Retention

Consistent with our studio policy, support correspondence is generally retained for up to 24 months after a matter closes, unless a longer period is required by law. Aggregated advertising and revenue reports may be retained for up to seven years where needed for financial reporting, audit or legal requirements.

Device-level advertising data follows the relevant provider's retention arrangements. RevenueCat processes game data under our service arrangements and instructions. Contact us to request access or deletion where applicable; deleting the app alone does not delete information already received by a provider. Local records remain subject to your device's storage and backup behavior.

Recipients, processing locations and rights

Google receives data for advertising and privacy-choice services; RevenueCat receives the measurement data described above. Our email provider processes support correspondence, and Cloudflare delivers and protects these web pages. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to handle legal claims.

Providers may process information outside the country where you live. Their agreements and applicable law govern required transfer safeguards. Contact us for information about processing related to your request.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, copy or delete information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of certain advertising uses, or complain to a privacy regulator. Email us with the subject VADA IO Privacy. We may need proportionate information to verify a request and find the relevant records; we will explain if a request cannot be fulfilled. We do not require a game account to contact support.

Children and family privacy

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has supplied personal information in connection with this game, contact us so we can investigate and take action required by applicable law. An app store's content rating is different from the age at which a person can give valid privacy consent; parents and guardians should review both the game and available privacy controls.

These web pages

These pages do not contain advertising. Cloudflare delivers and protects them and may collect connection, request and page-performance information, including through its Web Analytics service. We do not set our own cookies or use local storage on these pages. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. Email links open your chosen email service; sending a message is your choice.
